|Founded in 1995, SA Color
began its career as a distributor for Standox Paint Supplies
in South Australia.
The company, initially consisting of five staff, grew
rapidly and in 2002 was purchased by existing manager Leigh
Campbell and store manager Phillip Gross.
Under this new leadership, the company was
renamed SA Color and continued to grow in size and
reputation. In 2006, SA Color moved to a new premises and
Gino Polese joined as the third director.
The company provide paint and materials to
the crash repair industry. Efficiency and good customer
service enabled the company to grow steadily and now has an
extensive customer service base across the metropolitan area
In September this year, SA Color moved
once again. The brand new, state-of-the-art, warehouse and
office facility is located in Edwardstown and the latest
expansion of the business also includes ten full-time staff.
The new facility is the first of its kind
in Adelaide and includes features such as a heated paint
storage room specially designed for the storage of
Waterborne paints, an extensive storage warehouse and large
paint mixing room.
The new office and warehouse are also
fully OH&S compliant with no electricity in the paint
storage warehouse other than the light fitting and all power
points in the paint mixing room are completely sealed for
